摘要
近年来,以美国颁布《新一代科学教育标准》为标志,国际科学教育理念实现了从科学探究向科学实践的转向,这一转向有着复杂的社会文化根源。从全球化的视角来看,这一转向遵从着社会维度的“现代性的拓展—社会性科学议题—科学实践”、政策维度的“新自由主义—STEM教育—科学实践”和哲学维度的“后殖民主义—本土科学—科学实践”的三重逻辑。国际科学教育实践转向的三重逻辑对于我国理科教育改革具有重要的指导意义。
In recent years,marked as the“Next Generation Science Standards:For States,By States”promulgated by the United States,the ideology of international science education has shifted from scientific inquiry to scientific practice.This shift has complex socio-cultural roots.From the global perspective,the shift follows the triple logics as follows:“extension of modernity—socio-scientific issues—scientific practice”in social dimension,“neoliberalism—STEM education—scientific practice”in policy dimension,and“post-colonialism—indigenous science—scientific practice”in philosophy dimension.The triple logic of international science education practice shift has important guiding significance for science education reform in China.
