摘要
为了实现低压熔断器生产线自动化,设计了一种基于CPS框架的低压熔断器生产线集散控制系统。分析了低压熔断器生产线工艺流程,在此基础上,借助CPS理念与技术,通过层次化设计方式设计了一种智能集散控制低压熔断器生产线框架,详细介绍了框架的不同组成:资源层、资源服务层、应用层以及资源组织管理层。利用现场总线通信、多主站PPI通信两种方式实现不同装置间的信息交换。建立任务调度模型,采用遗传算法对模型进行寻优处理,获取生产线任务调度结果,完成对生产线的整体控制。系统运行结果表明,设计系统可满足传输要求,且工序能力强。
In order to realize the automation of low-voltage fuse production line,a distributed control system of low-voltage fuse production line based on CPS framework is designed.The technological process of low-voltage fuse production line is analyzed,on this basis,with the help of CPS concept and technology,a kind of intelligent distributed control low-voltage fuse production line framework is designed through the hierarchical design method,and the different components of the framework are introduced in detail:resource layer,resource service layer,application layer and resource organization management layer.The field bus communication and multi master station PPI communication are used to realize the information exchange between different devices.The task scheduling model is established,and genetic algorithm is used to optimize the model and obtain the task scheduling results of the production line and complete the overall control of the production line.The result of system operation shows that the design system can meet the transmission requirements and has strong process capability.
