基于机器视觉的变速发电机轴承故障自动检修系统设计 被引量:4

Design of automatic fault repair system for variable speed generator bearing based on machine vision

摘要 为了提高变速发电机轴承故障自动检修能力,提出基于机器视觉的变速发电机轴承故障自动检修方法。通过构建三维空间分布结构模型,计算图像采样像素分布,结合三维虚拟标注方法,建立变速发电机轴承故障检测的机器视觉采样模型,通过提取变速发电机轴承视觉图像的边缘轮廓特征,结合自适应的噪点分离技术,进行变速发电机轴承视觉图像噪声分离和信息增强处理,运用变速发电机轴承视觉差异性,根据梯度模型建模进行变速发电机轴承故障自动检修,结合图像特征相似度跟踪点,判断视觉图像的差异性特征量,通过视觉特征监测,实现变速发电机轴承故障自动检修。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行变速发电机轴承故障自动检修的准确性较高,故障诊断能力较强。 In order to improve the ability of automatic maintenance for bearing faults of variable speed generators,an automatic maintenance method for bearing faults of variable speed generators based on machine vision is proposed.By constructing a three-dimensional spatial distribution structure model,calculating the image sampling pixel distribution and combining with three-dimensional virtual labeling methods,a machine vision sampling model for variable-speed generator bearing fault detection is established.By extracting the edge contour features of the variable-speed generator bearing visual image,combined with adaptive noise separation technology,visual image noise separation of the variable speed generator bearing and information enhancement processing are carried on.Using the visual difference of variable speed generator bearings,automatic maintenance of variable speed generator bearing faults based on gradient model modeling.Combined with image feature similarity tracking points,the difference feature value of the visual image is judged,through the visual feature monitoring,and the automatic inspection and repair of the variable-speed generator bearing fault is realized.The simulation results show that this method has high accuracy in automatic maintenance of bearing faults of variable speed generators,and has strong fault diagnosis ability.
