摘要
为了获取可靠的绩效评价结果,提升企业整体业绩,提高整体竞争力,提出一种基于分层算法的绩效评价数据包络分析方法。把绩效评价数据分割成多个便于分析的区,利用分层与全局划分,完成对绩效评价数据的分层聚类处理。依据计量学领域中的边际效益理论与高等数学领域的线性规划模型建立生产可能性集的分段线性前沿边界。利用判断是否处于生产前沿面对不同决策单元间的相对效率与规模收益进行比较,获取最优值。实验针对高等教育产品进行绩效评价数据包络分析,为了降低异常数据对分析结果产生的影响,对某大学2016~2019年的投入产出数据进行采集,对其进行包络分析,改进投入产出不合理的部分,提高整体资源的配置效果。
In order to obtain reliable performance evaluation results,improve the overall performance of enterprises,and improve the overall competitiveness,a hierarchical algorithm based performance evaluation data envelopment analysis method is proposed.The performance evaluation data is divided into several easy to analyze areas,and the hierarchical and global division is used to complete the hierarchical clustering processing of performance evaluation data.According to the marginal benefit theory in the field of metrology and the linear programming model in the field of higher mathematics,the piecewise linear frontier boundary of production possibility set is established.By comparing the relative efficiency and scale return of different decision-making units,the optimal value is gotten.In order to reduce the impact of abnormal data on the analysis results,the input-output data of a university from 2016 to 2019 is collected,the envelope analysis is carriedout to improve the unreasonable part of input-output and improve the overall resource allocation effect.
