一种基于阻频匹配的微型电动舵系统降流解决方案

A Solution to reduce current in micro electric servo based on resistance-frequency matching

摘要 对一种微型电动舵系统稳态电流和尖峰电流的产生机理进行了剖析,提出了一种基于阻频匹配的微型舵系统的降流解决方案。该方案通过对三相无刷直流电机各相外部串联一定阻值的电阻改变电机各相等效内阻并寻求与之相匹配的最佳载波频率,从而抑制电流尖峰、减少电流高次谐波,改善系统的电流消耗。经过试验验证并对试验结果进行综合对比,发现在不影响系统性能的前提下,该方案可有效降低舵系统稳态电流和脉冲电流,对提高弹上电池的续航时间和舵系统稳定性具有重要意义。 The mechanism of steady-state current and peak current in a micro electric servo system is analyzed,a solution to reduce the steady-state current and peak current is put forward based on resistance-frequency matching.The solution is that connecting an external resistor in series to each phase of the Three-phase BLCD Motor of the servo and finding out the best carrier frequency to restrain the current peak and reduce the high harmonic,which makes the current consumption of the servo system better.By proving experiment and comprehensive comparison,it is concluded that this solution can reduce the steady-state current and peak current of the servo system on condition of not affecting its performance effectively,which is significant to improving the battery life on the missile and the stability of the servo system.
