摘要
海洋文化作为涉海院校思想政治教育的原生态素材,也是涉海院校文化育人的重要载体,有效地实现从培育人、教化人再到“塑造人”的价值。发挥海洋文化育人功能,需要坚持理论性与实践性、自由性与意义性、过程性与实效性的辩证统一,实现显性树人与隐性育人有机融合,理论教育与实践养成协同发力,仪式感与获得感教育衔接,以期取得更好的育人实效。
Marine culture as original ecological material of the marine institutions is also the carrier to culturally educate students which effectively achieve the value goal from cultivating and educating man to shape man.To perform the marine culture’s educational function,marine institutions should insist the dialectical unity of theory and practice,freedom and meaning,process and effectiveness.Giving full play to the organic integration of dominant cultivation and recessive education,laying stress on the synergy of theoretical education and practical nurturance,and finding the educational connection between the sense of ceremony and acquisition,marine institutions can achieve better effect of education.
