摘要
乌东德水电站尾水调压室衬砌施工具有直径超大、深度深、混凝土布料困难、起吊设备手段布置困难及薄壁弧形面衬砌质量要求高等特点。为解决这些施工难题,通过布置建塔进行机械化施工,研究高升层弧形模板施工技术、深井筒混凝土施工通道布置技术和薄壁衬砌混凝土快速施工技术,形成机械化作业,提高施工效率,加快施工进度,保证浇筑强度及混凝土质量,实现超大直径半圆形尾水调压室快速优质施工。
The lining construction of the tail adjustment chamber of Wudongde hydropower station has the characteristics of large diameter,deep depth,difficulty in distributing concrete,difficult layout of lifting equipment and high quality requirements for thin-walled curved surface lining.In order to solve these construction problems,mechanized construction is carried out by arranging tower crane,research on high-rise arc formwork construction technology,deep shaft concrete construction channel layout technology,thin wall lining concrete rapid construction technology and other measures,form mechanized operations and improve construction efficiency,accelerate the construction progress,ensure the pouring strength and concrete quality,and realize the rapid and high-quality construction of the super-large diameter semi-circular tail adjustment surge chamber.
