摘要
依托乌东德水电站大坝泄洪中孔施工,研究钢衬快速施工技术。通过优化中孔施工流程,采用预制模板施工悬臂混凝土,创新钢衬底部混凝土浇筑方式,优化中孔复杂条件下温度控制,解决大坝中孔钢衬施工中的一系列难题。在确保质量和安全的前提下,该技术的应用有效缩短大坝中孔混凝土和钢衬施工工期,解决钢衬较长安装工期与大坝混凝土较短间歇期之间的矛盾。
Relying on the construction of the middle spillway of Wudongde hydropower station,a rapid construction technology of steel liner and concrete has been studied.The construction process of the middle spillway is innovated and optimized.Prefabricated formwork is used to construct cantilever concrete.The pouring method for the concrete under steel liner is improved and the temperature of concrete is controlled well despite the complex conditions of middle spillway.As a result,a series of problems in the construction of middle spillway are solved.On the premise of ensuring quality and safety,by applying the rapid technology,the construction periods of both concrete and steel liner are effectively shortened and the contradiction between long installation period of steel liner and short interval of dam concrete is eliminated.
