摘要
铜铝过渡线夹是接触网隔离开关铜端子与供电引线连接常用的过渡金具,关乎着接触网安全、稳定运行。但现有闪光焊、摩擦焊焊接的铜铝过渡线夹在使用时常出现断裂失效等故障,本文分析其失效主要是由电化学腐蚀、生产质量、受力条件、热膨胀系数等多方面因素造成,同时对比分析了镀锡处理、铜铝过渡板、钎焊铜铝过渡线夹和导电膏等铜铝过渡方案,其中铜铝过渡板为较理想的解决方案,为接触网隔离开关铜铝过渡方案的选择提供了指导性意见。
Copper aluminum transition clamp is a common transition fitting for connecting copper terminal of OCL disconnector and power supply lead,and is related to the safe and stable operation of catenary.However,fracture failures are frequently occurred on the existing copper aluminum transition clamps welded by flash welding and friction welding,in this paper,conclusions are obtained through analysis that the failures are mainly caused by electrochemical corrosion,production quality,stress conditions,thermal expansion coefficient and other factors,at the same time,comparisons and analysis are made for the copper aluminum transition schemes such as tin plating,copper aluminum transition plate,brazing copper aluminum transition clamp and conductive paste,among which,the scheme with adoption of copper aluminum transition plate is an ideal solution,and is able to provide guidance for the selection of copper aluminum transition scheme of OCL disconnectors.
