摘要
对接触网检测数据进行深入分析,能够为接触网维修提供决策依据,是开展“以检定修”的重要保障。本文以动、静态检测数据为基础,总结了一套与三级修匹配的接触网检测数据分析方法,该方法能从动态缺陷诊断、动态性能评价、静态检测数据布置特征、动态检测数据变化特征等多个维度对接触网运行质量进行评估,并对所提出的方法在某350 km/h速度等级线路的三级修工作中进行了实践。
A profound analysis of OCL inspection data can provide decision-making basis for OCL maintenance,and it is an important guarantee for"maintenance by inspection".Based on the dynamic and static inspection data,this paper summarizes a set of OCL inspection data analysis method matching with three-level repair.This method can evaluate the operation quality of OCL from the aspects of dynamic defect diagnosis,dynamic performance evaluation,layout characteristics of static inspection data,variation characteristics of dynamic inspection data.The method is verified in the three-level repair of a railway line with speed of 350 km/h.
