摘要
兰渝铁路兰州北枢纽大沙坪车站位于四线桥上,大桥其中有6孔采用连续梁,接触网硬横跨立柱底座在梁体上一体制作,列车通过时引起接触网硬横跨振动明显及接触悬挂异常摆动,造成硬横梁梁段间连接螺栓断裂和多次发生弓网关系异常的行车信息报告,严重威胁供电和行车安全。本文分析了问题产生的原因,提出了补强硬横梁和抑制接触悬挂晃动的技术措施,并对连续梁上硬横跨的设计选型提出了优化建议。
Dashaping station of Lanzhou North hub of Lanzhou Chongqing railway is located on the four-track bridge.And the bridge has 6 continuous beams and the bases of the masts of the OCL portal structure are made as a whole on the beam body.The passage of the train will cause obvious vibration of OCL portal structure and abnormal swing of contact suspension,resulting in fracture of connecting bolts between beam sections of rigid beam and train operation information report of abnormal pantograph-catenary relationship,which is a serious threat the power supply and the train running safety.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,puts forward the technical measures for reinforcing the rigid beam and restraining the shaking of the contact suspension,and puts forward the optimization suggestions for the design and selection of the portal structure on the continuous beam.
