摘要
在欧洲标准计算条件下,通过Midas Civil有限元模拟,计算了5种不同条件下的接触网圆管柱受力;进一步研究分析了中国荷载标准与欧洲荷载标准结构计算结果的差异性,并对中欧不同钢材牌号进行了比较,对支柱的底法兰板厚度进行了校核。在一定工况下,圆管柱在欧洲标准体系下可以作为接触网支柱使用,但需针对不同工况进行校核。本文为中国产品进入欧洲市场提供了理论依据,对加快区域互通互联,更好地促进高铁交流推进具有积极意义。
In this paper,the stress of OCL circular steel pipe mast under five different conditions is calculated by Midas Civil finite element simulation under European standard calculation.Based on the conclusion,the difference of calculation results between Chinese load standard and European load standard structure is further analyzed,and the different steel grades in China and those of Europe are compared,and the thickness of bottom flange of the mast is verified.Under certain working conditions,the steel pipe mast can be used as a OCL mast under the European standard system,but it should still be verified for different working conditions.This paper provides a theoretical basis for Chinese products to enter into the European market.At the same time,this calculation is of positive significance for speeding up regional connectivity,better promoting high-speed railway exchanges.
