接触网整锚段硬点形成原因分析及整治

摘要 随着列车速度的提高,弓网关系越来越受到关注,接触网硬点使不稳定的弓网关系变得更加恶劣,容易造成弓网接触不良,发生离线或形成火花,严重时形成电弧并烧伤接触线及受电弓碳滑板,降低弓网受流质量,甚至造成弓网故障。本文对一起典型的整锚段硬点缺陷进行深入分析,提出内张力对接触网硬点的影响,并对整治方法进行简要介绍,为施工过程中避免形成硬点提供参考。 With the speed increasing of the train,more and more attentions have been paid to the relationship between pantograph and catenary.The hard spots on OCL makes the unstable relationship between pantograph and catenary worse.It is liable to cause improper contact between pantograph and catenary,off-line and sparking will be occurred.In serious cases,arc will be generated,contact wire and pantograph carbon strip will be burned,which will reduce the current collection quality of pantograph and catenary,and even cause pantograph catenary fault.The paper analyzers in depth the defects of hard spots within a whole overlap section,puts forward the influence of the internal force to the generating of hard spots on OCL,introduces briefly the treating methods,these will provide reference for avoiding of hard spots during process of construction.
