基于区域产业转型升级的地方高职院校专业调整探析——以漳州市为例

Exploration on Specialty Adjustment of Local Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Regional Industrial Transformation and Upgrading——Take Zhangzhou City as an Example

高职院校专业是其培养技术技能人才的重要载体和基本单元。技术技能人才是产业转型升级的重要支撑。以漳州市为例分析发现,区域产业转型升级对地方高职院校专业调整提出了增加技术技能人才供给数量、动态调整专业结构、整合专业办学资源等新需求。但由于政校企互动不够、人才需求研究不充分、政策不配套、校际协作不力等原因,导致专业结构与产业结构有偏差、专业设置与工业转型升级不相适应、专业趋同化等问题。其解决的路径包括推进政校企良性互动,加强专业运行评估预警,实施特需急需专业扶持发展制度,搭建跨校际专业协同发展平台。

Higher vocational college’s specialty is the important carrier and basic unit of higher vocational education to cultivate technical and skilled personnel.Technical and skilled personnel are important support of industrial transformation and upgrading.Take Zhangzhou as an example,it is revealed that regional industry transformation and upgrading asks new demands to local higher vocational colleges,such as increasing technical and skilled personnel,dynamic adjustment of professional structure,integrate professional education resources.However,because of some reasons,like lack of interaction between government,colleges and enterprise,lack of research on talent demand,lack of polices,and lack of corporation between colleges,which lead to three problems.The first one is a deviation between professional structure and industrial structure,the second one is professional setting is not suitable for industrial transformation and upgrading,the last one is professional assimilation.Thus,promoting the positive interaction between government,colleges and enterprise,strengthening the evaluation and early warning of professional operation,implementing the system of professional support and development in urgent need and building up a platform for inter-colleges professional collaborative development must be the solutions should take into consideration.
