摘要
针对常用的熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印分层算法存在丢失关键特征的问题,本研究提出了一种基于密集特征的前处理分层算法。该算法直接在特征密集处设置基准平面进行上下分层,可有效地保留密集特征处的关键特征。同时,在设置层厚时采用自适应层厚设置方法,给出了具体实现分层的方法步骤,并利用等层厚分层算法和所提出算法进行分层打印。通过打印结果对比,说明了基于密集特征的前处理分层算法的优越性。
The common FDM 3D printing layering algorithm has the defect of losing key features.A preprocessing layering algorithm was proposed based on dense features to solve the shortcomings of the common layered methods.The proposed algorithm directly started from setting datum plane at the dense feature points,which effectively preserved the key features of dense features.At the same time,the adaptive layer thickness setting method was adopted.It not only improves the printing accuracy,but also ensures the printing efficiency.In this study,the method and steps of this new type algorithm were given,and the 3D printing was carried out by using the equal layer thickness layering algorithm and the proposed algorithm.By comparing the printing results,the advantages of the preprocessing layered algorithm based on dense features are illustrated.
