光柱全息纸张的颜色测量方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 光柱全息纸张的颜色较难准确、稳定、快速测量,且试样与标样比较时,无确定的色差阈值来评判纸张是否合格。本研究采用积分球式分光光度计,在光柱全息纸张的垂直光柱方向进行纸张的颜色测量。测量时,分别设定17个采样点×3mm采样间距,10个采样点×5mm采样间距,10个采样点×3mm采样间距三种测量条件,以17个采样点×3mm采样间距的测量结果为参照,进行不同测量参数设定的比较。在一个光柱周期内,将采样个数由17减为10,采样间距由3mm增加为5mm,对彩虹光柱和哑光柱全息纸张标样和试样的CIELAB色差测量结果影响不大,最大色差值由0.92变为1.30;而铂金光柱全息纸张标样和试样的色差最大值由1.14增加为2.04。结果表明,10个采样点×5mm采样间距的测量条件可满足企业对于纸张颜色质量评价的要求,可根据全息纸张的不同类型设定不同的色差阈值。 In order to measure the color of the holographic paper with light pillars accurately,stably and effectively,and determine the threshold color difference of the qualified holographic paper,an integrating sphere spectrophotometer was used to measure the colorimetric values in the vertical direction of the holographic paper with light pillars.Three measurement conditions induding 17 sampling points×3 mm sampling intervals,10 sampling points×5 mm sampling intervals,and 10 sampling points×3 mm sampling intervals were set.The measurement results of 17 sampling points×3mm sampling intervals were taken as references to compare the different measurement parameter settings.The results showed that reducing the number of sampling points and increasing the sampling intervals within one period of light pillars have little impact on the accuracy measurement of the rainbow and matte holographic paper with light pillars,where the maximum CIELAB color difference changes from 0.92 to 1.30.While for the platinum holographic paper with light pillars,the maximum CIELAB color difference changes from 1.14 to 2.04.The measurement conditions of 10 sampling points×5 mm sampling intervals can meet the requirements of enterprise for the evaluation of color quality of holographic paper with light pillars,and the color difference tolerance of different types of paper needs to be specified for different measuring conditions.
