双通道静电纺丝实验机的研制及应用

摘要 静电纺丝作为一种简便有效的可生产纳米纤维的新型加工技术,已在环境治理、个体防护、生物医疗、清洁能源、国防军工等领域发挥巨大作用。本研究针对目前国内实验室静电纺丝机喷头结构单一等问题,对设备结构和功能进行研制,设计了一种双通道供料、参数可独立控制的静电纺丝实验机,包括溶液推送机构、纳米丝收集机构、往复运动机构等关键结构。此外,增加了温湿度调节及除静电机构,以提升设备的环境适应性及使用安全性。经过实验验证,所研制的桌面型静电纺丝实验机具有控制精准、温湿可控、安全简易等技术优点,能够制备结构良好的复合纤维丝。 As a kind of new simple and effective processing technology for producing nanofibers,electrospinning has played an important role in environmental governance,personal protection,bio-medical treatment,clean energy,national defense and military industries.In view of the main problems existing in domestic laboratory,such as signal channel,Doublechannel high-voltage electrospinning machine were designed including solution pushing mechanism,receiving mechanism and reciprocation mechanism.At the same time,in order to improve the safety and adaptability,the electrostatic elimination and temperature and humidity regulating mechanism were designed.The results showed that the designed high-voltage electrospinning machine can be applied to prepare and study of composite fibers,which has the technical advantages of precise control,temperature and humidity control,multi-channel feeding,safety and simplicity.
