摘要
采用等温溶解平衡法测定了283.15 K下KCl-NH_(4)Cl-H_(2)O和KH_(2)PO_(4)-NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)-H_(2)O两个三元体系的溶解度,采用X射线衍射法和湿渣法联合测定平衡固相结构和组成。结果表明,两个体系平衡固相均有部分互溶的固溶体产生,两个相图分别包含一个共饱和点、两条单变量曲线和6个区域。采用Pitzer模型关联和计算两个体系的溶解度数据,结果表明,KCl-NH_(4)Cl-H_(2)O体系的最大相对误差为3.0969%,最小相对误差为0.0383%,KH_(2)PO_(4)-NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)-H_(2)O体系的最大相对误差为5.9356%,最小相对误差为0.0698%,模型计算值与实验值基本一致。
The solubility of ternary systems KCl-NH_(4)Cl-H_(2)O and KH_(2)PO_(4)-NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)-H_(2)O were determined by isothermal dissolution equilibrium method at 283.15 K.The structure and composition of the equilibrium solid phase were determined by the combination of X-ray diffraction and Schreinemakers′wet residue method.Results showed that the equilibrium solid phase of two systems had solid solutions of partially miscible,which respectively contained one co-saturation crystallization point,two univariate curves and six zones.The solubility data of the two systems were correlated and calculated by Pitzer model.Results showed that the maximum relative error and the minimum relative error of calculated data of KCl-NH_(4)Cl-H_(2)O ternary system were 3.0969%and 0.0383%resepectively,and the maximum relative error and the minimum relative error of calculated data of KH_(2)PO_(4)-NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)-H_(2)O ternary system were 5.9356%and 0.0698%resepectively.The calculated value of Pitzer model was basically consistent with the experimental value.
