粤港澳大湾区建筑消防规范的差异化分析

Analysis of Different Fire Protection Codes in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

为促进粤港澳大湾区的深度融合和共同建设,需要协同各地区的规范和标准。以建筑消防规范为例,在制度、法规、修订方法以及技术等层面,分别介绍珠三角九市、香港及澳门的消防规范。并就消防中的建筑分类、平面布置、安全疏散、防火分区和规范术语等方面开展详细的差异化分析,为未来大湾区建筑消防规范的进一步协同建立重要的理论基础。

To facilitate the co-development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it is necessary to coordinate and integrate different codes and standards in different regions.It introduced the fire safety code of nine cities in the Pearl River Delta,Hong Kong and Macao from the perspectives of administrative law and regulation,techniques,executive,and amendment practices.Moreover,a detailed analysis is conducted to distinguish the differences in building type,layout,safe evacuation,fire zone,and the terminologies in fire protection.This work helps lay an important foundation to future integration of the building fire safety codes in the Greater Bay Area.
