预制柱上套筒灌浆连接的试验研究及平行试件验证 被引量:4

摘要 针对业界对灌浆套筒质量的担忧,进行了预制柱上套筒灌浆连接的试验研究,并研发出一种平行试件。用亚克力模型模拟预制柱,柱套筒灌浆试验完成后将套筒拆除,进行单向拉伸、高应力反复拉压、大变形反复拉压3种试验。通过对比承载能力、变形能力、力-位移曲线,得出结论:单向拉伸、大变形反复拉压下,套筒灌浆连接接头满足规范要求;高应变反复拉压下,钢筋丝头拉出,不满足规范要求;灌浆时键槽一角出现气泡,灌浆不密实。试验验证了平行试件检测法的可行性。 In view of the industry’s concern about the quality of grouting sleeve,the research group carried out the experimental research on the sleeve grouting connection on the precast column,and developed a parallel specimen.Acrylic model was used to simulate the precast column.After the experiment of sleeve grouting,the sleeve was removed and three kinds of tests were carried out,including uniaxial tension,high stress repeated tension-compression load and large deformation repeated tension-compression load.By comparing the bearing capacity,deformation capacity and force-displacement curve,it is concluded that grouted sleeve splices can meet the specification requirements under uniaxial tension and large deformation repeated tension-compression load.The reinforcement wire head is pulled out under high stress repeated tension-compression load,which does not meet the specification requirements.Bubbles appear in one corner of the keyway during grouting,and the grouting is not dense.This experiment verified the feasibility of the parallel test method.
