IFN-γand tumor immunity

恶性肿瘤(以下简称肿瘤)是世界范围内人类致死的重要因素之一,其易转移与高复发的特性,导致每年数千万人因此失去生命。近年来研究发现,机体的免疫系统对肿瘤的产生、转移和复发等方面存在着制约作用,而肿瘤微环境中的免疫因子、各种免疫细胞分泌的细胞因子等在抗肿瘤以及免疫调节方面发挥着关键性作用。IFN-γ作为其中之一,在免疫反应中不可或缺,已成为当下研究的主要对象。以下对近几年来基于IFN-γ的肿瘤免疫研究进展进行综述。

Malignant tumors(hereinafter referred to as tumors)are one of the most important causes of human death worldwide.Their characteristics of easy metastasis and high recurrence result in tens of millions of people losing their lives every year.In recent years,it has been found that the immune system of the body restricts the generation,metastasis and recurrence of tumors.In the microenvironment of tumors,cytokines secreted by various immune cells,such as interferon-gamma,play a key role in anti-tumour and immune regulation.As one of them,IFN-γis indispensable in immune response and has become the main research object.Following is a review of recent advances in tumor immunity based on IFN-gamma.
