基于移动终端的仓储环境监测系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Warehouse Environment Monitoring System Based on MT

传统有线仓储环境监测有着布线复杂、不易扩展、维护成本高等问题,随着移动终端设备的技术进步和发展,使用移动终端设备来实时监测仓储环境信息方便快捷.基于Android系统平台的移动终端,利用STM32F103芯片和多种传感器进行数据采集,利用Wifi技术进行数据传输,实现对仓库温湿度、光照强度、空气质量的监测和越限报警、火灾报警等功能,从而保证产品的质量,延长产品的存储寿命,增强仓储系统的安全性.

The environment monitor of traditional cable storage has some problems,such as complex wiring,hard to extend,high cost,etc.With the technological progress and development of mobile terminal(MT)equipment,it would be more convenient to real-time monitor the information of warehouse environment by using MT.As the Android system has a high market share in the MT equipment and easy to operate,the proposal of this topic is based on the Android system platform’s MT which utilizes the STM32F103 chip and varieties of sensors to collect and transmit date.This MT not only can realize many functions,such as monitoring warehouse temperature and humidity,light intensity and air quality,limit alarm and fire alarm,etc,but it can guarantee the product quality,prolong the storage life of the product,and enhance the security of the storage system.
