中国内地吸入性损伤气道护理的循证研究现状

The research status of evidence-based research on airway care of inhalation injury in China's Mainland

目的分析我国内地吸入性损伤气道护理的循证研究现状,明确目前该领域中存在的问题,为今后的研究提供参考。方法检索万方、知网、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、OVID、Cochrane图书馆及JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库中有关大陆地区吸入性损伤气道护理的循证及集束化护理实践、系统评价与Meta分析等文献,对文献的发表年份、地区、期刊类型、基金、研究设计、循证内涵的理解及步骤完成情况进行评价。结果共纳入18例循证及集束化护理研究。所有研究均无基金支持,研究设计不合理,循证实践步骤不完善。纳入的研究质量较差。结论中国内地尚缺乏科学、规范的吸入性损伤气道护理循证研究。

Objective To analyze the current situation of evidence-based research on airway care of inhalation injury in China's Mainland,and identify the existing problems in this field,so as to provide reference for the future research.Methods Systematic evaluation and meta-analysis of evidence-based and cluster nursing practice in airway care for inhaled injury in China's Mainland were searched in Wanfangdata,CNKI,CQVIP,SinoMed,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Embase,CINAHL,OVID Cochrane Library and JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center database.The year of publication,region,journal type,fund,research design,understanding of evidence-based connotation and process completion were evaluated.Results A total of 18 cases of evidence-based and cluster nursing practice were included.All of the studies were not supported by funds,the research design was not right and the steps of evidence-based practice were not completed.The quality of the studies was poor.Conclusions There is still a lack of scientific and standard evidence-based research on airway care for inhalation injury in China's Mainland.
