利用"减压坊"改善精神科护士心理健康状况的效果

The effect of " decompression workshop" on mental health of psychiatric nurses

目的分析"减压坊"的减压技术对精神科护士心理健康状况的影响。方法对2017年7月至2018年8月聊城市第四人民医院精神科护士进行心理健康状况筛查,从中随机选择60名阳性项目超过30项护士作为研究对象,按照随机分组的原则将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,各30人。对照组正常活动并进行常规心理支持干预,观察组护士实施的心理干预为"减压坊"减压技术。分别于干预前后对这两组护士的心理状况进行调查,调查工具包括社会支持量表(SSRS)、匹斯堡睡眠指数(PSQI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果实施心理干预前,两组护士SSRS、PSQI、SDS、SAS和SCL-90评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);实施心理干预后,与对照组比较,观察组护士的SAS得分得到显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施心理干预后,观察组护士的SAS、SDS、PSQI及SCL-90得分存在明显差异,干预后显著优于干预前,经统计学分析后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过为精神科护士实施"减压坊"减压技术进行心理干预,可显著改善护士的睡眠质量,有效改善抑郁、焦虑等不良情绪,同时缓解护士的心理压力,从而提高护理质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of decompression techniques of"decompression workshop"on mental health status of psychiatric nurses.Methods The mental health status of psychiatric nurses in the hospital was screened from July 2017 to August 2018,and 60 nurses in more than 30 positive programs were randomly selected as study subjects.According to the principle of random grouping,the subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 people each.The control group carried out normal activities and routine psychological support intervention,and the psychological intervention carried out by nurses in the observation group was"decompression workshop"decompression technique.The psychological status of nurses in the two groups was investigated before and after the intervention,using social support scale(SSRS),pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and symptoms self-rating scale-90(SCL-90).Results Before psychological intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of SSRS,PSQI,SDS,SAS and SCL-90 between the two groups of nurses(P>0.05).After psychological intervention,compared with the control group,the SAS scores of nurses in the observation group were significantly improved,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After psychological intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS,PSQI and SCL-90 of nurses in the observation group were significantly different,which were significantly better after intervention than before intervention.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Through the implementation of"decompression workshop"decompression technology for psychiatric nurses for psychological intervention,can significantly improve the sleep quality of nurses,effectively improve depression and anxiety and other negative emotions,and relieve the psychological pressure of nurses,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
