金砖国家网络大学人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on talents training mode of network universities in BRICS

通过分析“金砖国家大学”网络状、应用型两个基本特征,从“点状基础合作、线状串联合作、面状深化合作”动态人才培养思路出发,以华北水利水电大学乌拉尔学院建筑学专业为例,探讨金砖国家大学人才培养模式,提出建筑学专业应该在“一带一路”倡议指导下,在国际建筑学人才培养模式研究的基础上,围绕金砖国家建筑学专业人才发展需求和趋势,建构独具特色培养方案、模块课程体系、国际联合教学团队于一体的人才培养新模式。

By analyzing the two basic characteristics of network and application type in the“BRICS University”,starting from the dynamic talent cultivation ideas of“point-like basic cooperation,linear serial cooperation and surface deepening cooperation”,taking the architecture specialty in Ural College of North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower as an example,explores the talent training mode of BRICS universities.Under the guidance of the“Belt and Road”concept,the architecture specialty should be based on the research of international architecture talent training mode,and builds a new talent training mode with a unique training program,modular curriculum system and the international joint teaching team around the development needs and trends of BRICS architecture talents.
