数控机床加工精度技术提升探究

摘要 现阶段,随着世界科技水平的不断提升,数控机床的自动化程度也随之增高,并且加工制造的数控产品及质量可靠性程度也相对较高,在产品的柔韧性方面也表现的较为突出,因此在实际生产制造过程中被很多制造企业所青睐。随着人们对制作企业产品质量要求的提高,企业对数控机床加工精度技术的要求也随之提高。本文以此为出发点,对数控机床加工精度提高技术做出详细研究。 At this stage,with the continuous improvement of the world's scientifi c and technological level,the degree of automation of CNC machine tools is also increased,and the CNC products and quality reliability of processing and manufacturing are relatively high,and the flexibility of products is also more prominent,so it is favored by many manufacturing enterprises in the actual production and manufacturing process.With the improvement of product quality requirements of manufacturing enterprises,the requirements of CNC machining accuracy technology are also improved.This paper takes this as the starting point,makes a detailed study on the technology of improving the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools.
