摘要
目前,国内的大多数电子元器件、密封继电器、滤波器等都需要网带炉高温烧结、氧化等热处理工艺。产品的上料方式主要是放在载具内通过人工上料,这种上料方式人工劳动强度大,生产效率低,不利于企业的规模发展。为此我们设计了托盘载具MLCC自动上料机,这种上料机可以为企业节约人工成本,提高生产效率。
At present,most domestic electronic components,sealed relays,fi lters,etc.require high-temperature sintering,oxidation and other heat treatment processes in a mesh belt furnace.The feeding method of the product is mainly placed in the carrier through manual feeding.This feeding method has high manual labor intensity and low production effi ciency,which is not conducive to the scale development of the enterprise.For this reason,we designed a pallet carrier MLCC automatic feeding machine,which can save labor costs for enterprises and improve production effi ciency.
