摘要
目的:制备齐墩果酸纳米混悬剂(OLA-NS),考察不同稳定剂种类对其溶出度的影响。方法:采用高压均质法,制备不同稳定剂、粒径相同的齐墩果酸纳米混悬剂,以溶出度为评价指标比较其体外释放行为,并利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)进行表征。结果:不同稳定剂制备得到的OLA-NS粒径为约330 nm,以甘露醇为冻干保护剂冷冻干燥后粒径为约350 nm,不同稳定剂的溶出速率为NS-HPMC E5>NS-PVP VA64>NS-PVP K30>NS-Soluplus。结论:稳定剂种类对齐墩果酸纳米混悬剂的体外溶出行为有显著影响。
OBJECTIVE To prepare oleanolic acid nanosuspension(OLA-NS)and investigate the effect of different stabilizer types on dissolution.METHODS The oleanolic acid nanosuspensions with different stabilizers and same particle sizes were prepared by high-pressure homogenization method.The dissolution was used as the evaluation index to compare in vitro release behavior.They were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrocopy(FTIR).RESULTS The particle sizes of OLA-NS prepared by different stabilizers were about 330 nm,and the particle sizes after freeze-drying with mannitol as the lyoprotectant were about 350 nm.The dissolution rate of different stabilizers were NS-HPMC E5>NS-PVP VA64>NS-PVP K30>NS-Soluplus.CONCLUSION The type of stabilizer has a significant effect on in vitro dissolution behavior of oleanolic acid nanosuspension.
