摘要
目的:研究肝切除围手术期患者,使用人血白蛋白(Human Serum Albumin,HSA)对患者住院时间的影响。方法:回顾性分析某院2011年1月到2018年12月肝切除的住院患者使用HAS情况,利用人工智能的数据挖掘技术提取患者一般资料、疾病信息、用药前血清白蛋白水平、是否使用HSA以及血生化指标等特征数据,以术后住院时间为结局变量,用SPSS统计软件和Mann-Whitney U检验进行数据检验,使用机器学习方法研究患者HSA的使用与住院时间之间的关系。结果:11397例住院患者纳入研究,使用HSA、人血白蛋白水平以及GGT水平是影响住院时间的重要特征。结论:尽管人血白蛋白水平不一样,各组使用了HSA的患者住院时间均较对照组延长,应尽快建立HSA的使用指南,规范使用HSA,合理优化医疗资源。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of human serum albumin(HSA)on the length of hospital stay in patients undergoing hepatectomy.METHODS The use of HAS in hospitalized patients undergoing hepatectomy from January 2011 to December 2018 in a hospital was retrospectively analyzed.The data of general data,disease information,serum albumin level before treatment,whether HSA was used and blood biochemical indicators were extracted using artificial intelligence data mining technology.The postoperative hospital stay was used as the outcome variable.SPSS statistical software and Mann-Whitney U test were used for data test.The relationship between the use of HSA and the length of hospital stay was studied using machine learning method.RESULTS 11397 hospitalized patients were included in the study.The use of HSA,serum albumin levels and GGT levels were important characteristics affecting the hospitalization time.CONCLUSION Although the serum albumin levels are not the same,the length of hospital stay of patients using HSA in each group is longer than that in the control group.Guidelines for the use of HSA should be established as soon as possible to regulate the use of HSA and rationally optimize medical resources.
