聚酯半消光转产全消光过程优化

Optimization for transition process from semi-extinction to full-extinction polyester products

摘要 本文以半消光与全消光聚酯产品生产转换过程为研究对象,分析转产过程的影响因素,结合各反应釜内物料的流动混合状态进行分析,通过将模拟计算数据与当前转产过程数据比对,总结出优化的转产工艺条件。半消光转产全消光工艺进行优化后,半消光产品转产全消光产品的过渡时间由原来的4 h减少至3 h,使转产降等量下降了1/3,全年约500吨,减少经济损失约10万元。 In this paper,the production conversion process of semi-extinction and full extinction polyester products was taken as the research object.The influencing factors of the production conversion process were analyzed,and the flowing and mixing state of materials in each reaction kettle was analyzed.By comparing the simulated calculation data with the current conversion process data,the optimized conditions of conversion process were summarized.After the process was optimized,the transition time for the conversion of semi-extinction products to full extinction products was reduced from the original 4 hours to 3 hours,which would reduce the quantity of conversion by 1/3.
