扶正解毒方治疗儿童持续性、慢性免疫性血小板减少症临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in treating children with persistent and chronic immune thrombocytopenia

目的总结扶正解毒方治疗儿童持续性、慢性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的临床疗效。方法回顾分析本院近两年就诊的持续性、慢性ITP患儿52例,予扶正解毒方治疗6个月后的出血情况及血小板计数,继续随访2个月。结果(1)治疗前与治疗3、6个月后出血症状评分分别是(0.98±1.163)、(0.29±0.696)和(0.13±0.525)。(2)治疗前与治疗3、6个月后血小板计数分别为(38.48±23.859)×10^9/L、(72.35±50.103)×10^9/L和(81.38±54.212)×10^9/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。(3)治疗3个月后,完全反应率11.5%,总有效率36.5%;治疗6个月后,分别增至28.8%和53.8%。(4)随访2个月,45例(86.5%)患儿完成随访,完全反应率40.0%,总有效率62.2%。结论扶正解毒方治疗儿童持续性、慢性ITP,可改善患儿出血症状,提升血小板计数。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction in treating children with persistent and chronic immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods A retrospective analysis of 52 children with persistent and chronic ITP treated in our hospital in the past 2 years was performed.After 6 months of treatment with Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction,the efficacy was calculated and followed up for 2 months.Results(1)The bleeding symptom score before and after 3 and 6 months treatment was 0.98±1.163,0.29±0.696 and 0.13±0.525,respectively.(2)Before and after 3 and 6 months treatment,the platlet count was(38.48±23.859)×10^9/L,(72.35±50.103)×10^9/L and(81.38±54.212)×10^9/L,respectively(P<0.05).(3)After 3 months,the complete response rate was 11.5%and the total effective rate was 36.5%;after 6 months,the complete response rate was 28.8%and the total effective rate was 53.8%.(4)After 2 months of follow-up,45 cases(86.5%)completed the follow-up.The complete response rate was 40.0%,and the total effective rate was 62.2%.Conclusions Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction has a good clinical effect on the improvement of the platelet count and improves the bleeding symptoms of children with persistent and chronic ITP.
