硕士研究生生源质量与培养成效的关联性研究——以中国矿业大学测绘科学与技术学科为例 被引量:1

Study on the Correlation between the Students’ Source Quality of Graduate Students and the Cultivation Effect:Taking the Major of Geomatics Science and Technology in the China University of Mining and Technology as an Example

摘要 生源质量是培养高水平研究生的重要前提条件。成果导向教育目前是世界公认的卓越教育方法,受到各国际知名大学的青睐。以中国矿业大学测绘科学与技术专业的硕士研究生为样本,从成果产出的角度分类评析该专业的生源质量问题,并借以探索招收优秀生源的方式和途径。调查结果表明:来自典型行业特色高校的生源占比较少但是人均科研成果产出明显高于其他两类;学校在促进学生学术能力评价、提高生源质量方面所做的工作具有明显效果。研究结论对探索硕士研究生招生选拔机制,以及高校的人才培养、学科建设具有借鉴价值。 The quality of students’source is an important prerequisite for cultivating high-level graduate students.Outcome Based Education is currently recognized as an excellent education method in the world and is favored by internationally renowned universities.Taking the graduate students of Geomatics Science and Technology in China University of Mining and Technology as samples,this study classified and evaluated the quality of students in this major from the perspective of output,and explored the ways and means to recruit excellent students.The survey results show that:(1)the proportion of students from universities with typical industry characteristics is relatively small but the output of scientific research results per capita is significantly higher than the other two categories;and,(2)the work done by the school in promoting the evaluation of students’academic ability and improving the quality of students has obvious effects.The conclusion of this study is of reference value for exploring the recruitment and selection mechanism of graduate students as well as talent cultivation and discipline construction of similar universities.
