双因素理论在高校学生管理中的应用 被引量:1

Application of Two-factor Theory in College Student Management

摘要 当前高校学生管理主要集中体现在思想政治教育、日常行政事务和学科教育教学等三个方面。由于学生存在着自主选择困难、自我管理经验不足等问题,如何激发学生的积极性成为高校学生管理工作的难点,而赫茨伯格的双因素理论为此问题的解决提供了理论框架。运用双因素理论,高校既要稳定学生不满意的因素,提升保健管理;也要关注学生满意的因素,强化激励措施。 At present,college student management is mainly embodied in ideological and political education,daily administrative affairs and subject education and teaching.Due to the students having the difficulty of independent choice,lack of experience in self-management and other problems,how to stimulate the enthusiasm of students has become the difficulty in the management of college students.Herzberg’s Two-factor Theory provides a theoretical framework for solving this problem.Using the two-factor theory,colleges and universities should not only stabilize the factors of students’dissatisfaction,but also improve health care management.We should also pay attention to the factors of student satisfaction and strengthen incentive measures.
