摘要
离校未就业毕业生经历了从“在校大学生”到“校友”的身份转变,并努力向“职业人”的目标发展。面对复杂严峻的就业形势,采取协同型的治理路径是高校解决离校未就业毕业生就业难的“治道”。在协同治理的视域下,探讨包括毕业生、家庭、高校、用人单位在内的多元主体如何实现协商共治的状态。研究结果是多元主体在追求优质就业的共同目标的驱动之下,通过资源共享、利益分配、责任共担、法律法规、信息技术,有效地解决就业难的问题。创建情感关怀型的就业教育路径和调整职业目标的就业教育路径,对于引导学生合理认识自我,必要时调整职业目标,调适心理状态,起到了良好的应用效果。
The unemployed college graduates who have left the college have undergone a change of identity from college student to alumni,and are striving toward the goal of“professional”.Facing the complex and severe employment situation,colleges and universities adopt a coordinated governance to promote employment for unemployed graduates.From the perspective of collaborative governance,this paper discusses how graduates,families,universities,and employers can achieve a state of negotiation and co-governance.The result of the research is that,driven by the common goal of pursuing high-quality employment,they can effectively solve the problem of employment difficulties through resource sharing,benefit distribution,responsibility sharing,laws and regulations,and information technology.Emotionally caring employment education and employment adjustment education have good effects in guiding students to understand themselves reasonably,adjust career goals when necessary,and adjust their psychological state.
