摘要
基于布迪厄场域理论的视角,不难发现,独立学院青年教师被有形或无形的力量隔离在我国高等教育场域的边缘,其位置尴尬、资本弱势及行为游离,成为当前中国高等学校教师体系中的特殊弱势群体。国家层面上的学校场域转换、院校层面上的场域规则重构以及教师个体层面上的文化资本积累可以说是破解独立学院青年教师发展困境的有效策略。
From the perspective of Bourdieu’s field theory,it is not difficult to find that the young teachers in independent colleges are marginalized in higher education in China by tangible or intangible forces.Their embarrassing position,capital weakness and behavior dissociation make them a vulnerable group in the current Chinese higher education system.The transformation of college field at the national level,the reconstruction of field rules at the institutional level and the accumulation of cultural capital at the individual level of young teachers can be said to be effective strategies to solve the development dilemma of young teachers in independent colleges.
