摘要
为满足某型号不同卫星-适配器组合体总装时的翻转需求,通过设计一套通用翻转装置来实现一定力矩范围内产品的平稳翻转。利用Adams对翻转装置进行运动学仿真及优化设计,并结合配重对实物进行翻转试验,通过与仿真结果进行数据对比分析,验证了翻转装置的合理性与可行性。
To satisfy the turnover requirement of different satellite adapter assemblies,this paper designs a set of universal turnover mechanism,which is used to smoothly turn products within a certain range of momentsover.Based on this,the kinematic simulation and optimization design of the turnover device are carried out by using Adams,and combined with counterweight,this device is put into the turnover test.Compared with the data of the simulation results,the rationality and feasibility of this device are further verified.
