摘要
针对客车体积大、人工检测尺寸困难、检测精度低的问题,介绍一种基于线激光的三维检测系统,实现客车车身形位公差质量自动检测。系统包括相机标定、激光平面标定和运动机构标定。试验结果表明,线激光相机系统在1 200 mm范围内测量精度能达到±0.6 mm,可以满足工业现场对客车轮廓形位公差的测量精度要求。
Because it is hard to measure large passenger car volume with manual mode and the measuring accuracy is low,this paper proposes a three-dimensional measuring system based on line laser,which is used to implement the automatic measurement of the passenger car body size.Calibration of the camera,laser plane calibration,motion mechanism calibration,and image pro-cessing are made in this system.The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the line laser camera system can be up to±0.6 mm within the range of 1200 mm.It can meet the accuracy requirements of measuring the passenger car profile in industrial field.
