语用障碍儿童心理运作机制的取效行为研究 被引量:3

The psychological operation mechanism of children with pragmatic impairment from the perspective of perlocutionary act

摘要 语用障碍问题涉及认知/语言、社交/行为现象,即知识、语言和行为层面出现交流异常,可从心理层面进行解读,因为心理学的传统分类法是从知、情、意及社会化发展等领域去解读语用障碍儿童的心理运作机制。取效行为自然成为解决儿童语用障碍问题的有力途径。患儿在心理表征过程中,在知识、语言和行为层面出现语用障碍,这恰好与取效行为的内涵相一致。本研究对语用障碍儿童的心理理论缺陷及执行功能障碍的心理运作机制进行解读,旨在从取效行为角度提出语用障碍儿童心理运作机制的干预策略,为患儿康复研究提供有益启示。 The issue of pragmatic impairment involves cognitive or linguistic,social or behavioral phenomena,which means that there are some abnormal communications at the level of knowledge,utterances and acts.These phenomena can be inter-preted from the perspective of psychology,because the traditional classification of psychology is to interpret the psychological operation mechanism of children with pragmatic impairment from the aspects of knowledge,emotion,intention and social de-velopment.Then perlocutionary act naturally becomes a powerful way to solve the problem of children’s pragmatic impair-ment.In the process of mental representation,children patients have pragmatic problems at the level of knowledge,utter-ances,and acts,which is exactly consistent with the connotation of perlocutionary act.Therefore,the study interprets the psy-chological operation mechanism of theory of mind impairments and executive dysfunction,aiming to propose intervention strate-gies of the psychological operation mechanism for children with pragmatic impairment from the perspective of perlocutionary act,and further provide useful enlightenment for the rehabilitation research on children patients.
