摘要
园长人文素养水平对幼儿园的发展具有重要意义。选取上海、北京、广州、西安、太原、重庆、成都七大城市38名公办园园长作为研究对象,对其人文知识水平、人文情怀水平、人文行为水平三个方面进行测查。研究结果为:(1)通过描述性分析发现大部分园长人文素养水平都较高,人文知识水平有待提高;(2)通过回归分析发现园长的职称、学历对其人文知识水平和人文素养总体水平有重要影响;(3)通过方差分析发现园长的职称越高,其人文知识水平越高(p﹤0.05);园长人文素养水平在人文知识水平、在人文行为水平、人文素养总体水平上存在显著差异,均呈现本科及以上学历园长的得分明显高于专科学历园长。建议:(1)园长应提升其人文知识水平;(2)注重人文行为与实践。
Kindergarten heads’humanistic literacy level is very significant to the development of the kindergarten.Thirty-eight public kindergarten heads are selected as the research object,who come from Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou,Xi’an,Taiyuan,Chongqing,Chengdu by investigating kindergarten heads’humanistic literacy level of humanities knowledge,humanistic feelings humanity and human behavior.The results are found that it is high for most of the big city public kindergarten heads’humanistic literacy level according to descriptive statistical.The position and education had important influence on kindergarten heads’humanities knowledge level and humanistic literacy level,accroding to regression analysis.Title of kindergarten heads is higher,the higher humanistic knowledge level according to analysis of variance(p-value﹤0.01).The humanistic literacy of kindergarten heads exists significant differences in humanities knowledge,humanistic behavior and the total level.The score of kindergarten heads with bachelor degree or above was higher than that of kindergarten heads with college degree.Kindergarten heads in big cities should improve their humanistic knowledge.Pay attention to humanistic behavior and practice.
