后疫情时代农村数字教育公共服务体系的构建研究

围绕后疫情时代农村教育转型发展,以构建农村数字教育公共服务体系为目标,在分析当前农村数字教育公共服务存在的问题以及产生问题的根源的基础上,提出了农村数字教育公共服务体系构建的普惠性、系统性、动态发展性和差异化等原则,最终提出从加强农村数字化公共服务基础设施的建设与管理、重构我国农村数字教育公共服务的内容和方式、完善农村数字教育公共服务人才队伍建设等三个方面,构建农村数字教育公共服务的决策建议.

In response to the new requirements of the changing times for rural education,and around the transformation and development of rural education in the post-epidemic era,it is clear that building a rural digital education public service system has become an inevitable choice for the current rural education transformation and quality improvement.Summarizing the requirements for the construction of rural digital education public services,this article believes that the construction principles of the rural digital education public service system are mainly universal principles,systematic principles,dynamic development principles,and specific principles.By strengthening the construction and management of our country′s rural digital public service infrastructure,reconstructing the content and methods of our country′s rural digital education public service,interconnecting with multiple parties,building a unified,open and complete rural digital education public service system,and realizing our country′s rural digital education The construction of the education public service system will further promote the transformation and quality improvement of rural education.
