微波消解-ICP-MS法测定盐酸阿比朵尔中5种金属元素残留 被引量:7

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定盐酸阿比朵尔中钾、铁、铜、钯、铟5种金属元素残留量的方法。方法采用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,射频功率为1350 W,载气为氩气,流速为15.0 L·min^-1,雾化器气体流速为0.9 L·min^-1,雾化室温度为4℃,采样深度为8.0 mm,通过在线加入内标元素的方法来校正基质效应。结果 5种金属元素在0~200 ng·mL^-1与测定值线性关系良好,方法检测限分别为85、61、22、16和2 ng·g^-1,定量限分别为255、183、66、48和6 ng·g^-1,平均回收率在85.80%~96.1%,其RSD均小于3.0%。结论本方法操作简便、快捷、灵敏度高,适用于盐酸阿比朵尔中5种微量金属元素残留的检测。 Objective To establish a microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method to determine 5 metal elements (K,Fe,Cu,Pd and In) in arbidol hydrochloride.Methods The samples were digested with nitric acid by microwave digestion technology and the solutions were detected by ICP-MS.The radio frequency power was 1350 W,and the sampling depth was 8.0 mm.The flow rate of plasma and auxiliary gas were 15.0 and 0.9 L·min^-1,respectively.The atomizing temperature was 4℃.The internal standard solution with Sc and Rh was used to correct the interference of matrix elements and the spectra.Results The linearity was 0~200 ng·mL^-1 for 5 metal elements,the LOD was 2~85 ng·g^-1,and the LOQ was 6~255 ng·g^-1,respectively.The average recovery was at 85.80%~96.1%,with RSD less than 3.0%.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,and sensitive,which is suitable for the determination of 5 metal elements in arbidol hydrochloride.
