摘要 为提高传统电缆故障检测系统对故障的识别能力,引入LabVIEW开展电缆故障检测系统研究.系统的主要硬件设施有故障探针与工控机.在硬件设备的支撑下,定位电缆异常信号,并对故障发生点的距离进行预测,从而检测故障电缆线连接关系.实验结果显示,验证设计的系统在实际应用中,可精准识别接线与断线等故障的不同表达方式,以此为相关人员提供正确的检修点. In order to improve the recognition ability of traditional cable fault detection system,LabVIEW is introduced to study the cable fault detection system.The main hardware facilities of the system are fault probe and industrial computer.Under the support of hardware equipment,the abnormal signal of the cable is located,and the distance of the fault point is predicted to detect the connection relationship of the fault cable.The experimental results show that the system can accurately identify the different expressions of wiring and disconnection faults in practical application,so as to provide the correct maintenance point for relevant personnel.
