Research on Applications of Communication Satellite Networking in Civil Air Defense

近年来,随着全国各地人防信息化建设的加快推进,卫星通信建设作为一种新兴的通信方式,能够满足各种突发事件现场应急指挥需要,越来越受到各级人防部门的重视.如何快捷地实现人防卫星组网,与本地或上级部门进行卫星视频会议,成为摆在人防技术人员面前的一项重要任务.本文将从一个基层人防技术员的角度,探讨卫星通信组网在人防中的应用,并针对人防卫星通信组网使用中常见的问题提出解决办法.

In recent years,with the acceleration of civil air defense information construction throughout the country,the construction of satellite communication,as a new way of communication,can meet the emergency command needs of various emergencies,more and more attention by civil air defense departments at all levels.It is an important task for civil air defense technicians to realize the network of civil air defense satellites quickly and to conduct satellite video conference with local or superior departments.This paper will discuss the application of satellite communication network in civil air defense from the perspective of a basic civil air defense technician,and the common problems and solutions in the use of civil air defense satellite communication network.
