基于BP神经网络的高职毕业生就业能力分析——以江苏商贸职业学院为例

Analysis on the Employment Ability of Higher Vocational College Graduates Based on BP Neural Network--Taking Jiangsu Vocational College of Business as An Example

在我国高职院校迅速发展、大规模扩招的形势下,高职院校的毕业生人数越来越多,就业问题逐渐成为社会关注的热点.笔者以江苏商贸职业学院(以下简称江苏商院)为例,明确用人单位对人才的需求,基于BP神经网络利用Matlab工具根据用人单位评价指标对毕业生的就业能力进行分析,以期给学院人才培养提供一定的参考,从而能够提高江苏商院毕业生的就业竞争力.

With the rapid development of Higher Vocational Colleges and large-scale enrollment expansion in China,the number of graduates in higher vocational colleges is increasing rapidly,and the employment problem has gradually become a hot topic of social concern.Taking Jiangsu Commercial College as an example,the author clarifies the demand of employers for talents.Based on BP neural network,this paper uses MATLAB tools to analyze the employability of graduates according to the evaluation index of employers,so as to provide certain reference for talent cultivation of the college,so as to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates of Jiangsu Vocational College of Business.
