东方胃药胶囊联合雷贝拉唑治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡的疗效观察

Clinical observation on Dongfang Weiyao capsule combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer

[目的]探讨东方胃药胶囊联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的活动期胃溃疡患者的临床疗效、生活质量及血清炎性因子水平的影响。[方法]选取Hp阳性的活动期胃溃疡患者100例,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。前2周2组患者均予以四联抗Hp治疗,观察组同时给予东方胃药胶囊。第3~8周,观察组给予东方胃药胶囊联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片,而对照组仅给予雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片。观察2组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后QOL-BREF评分、MUNSH评分、血清炎性因子水平及胃黏膜炎性积分。[结果]观察组患者腹部不适症状消失显著快于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者QOL-BREF评分、MUNSH评分均较同组治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组提高更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后2组各项血清炎性因子、胃黏膜慢性和活动性积分明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]东方胃药联合雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡,可更好地减轻炎症反应,改善临床症状,同时提高患者生活质量和幸福感。

[Objective]To investigate the clinical efficacy,quality of life and serum inflammatory factors levels of Dongfang Weiyao capsule combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive gastric ulcer.[Methods]A total of 100patients with Hp positive gastric ulcer were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,with 50cases in each group.In the first 2weeks,both groups of patients were treated with regular anti-Helicobacter pylori treatment,while the observation group was also given Dongfang Weiyao capsule.At week 3-8,the observation group was given dongfang gastric capsule combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets,while the control group was given rabeprazole sodium entericcoated tablets only.The clinical efficacy in the two groups was observed.The QOL-BREF score,MUNSH score,serum inflammatory factor levels and gastric mucosal inflammatory score were compared before and after treatment.[Results]Abdominal discomfort disappeared significantly in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the QOL-BREF score and MUNSH score of the two groups were significantly higher than those in the same group(P<0.05),and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,serum inflammatory factors,gastric mucosal inflammation and activity scores were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Dongfang Weiyao capsule combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of Hp positive gastric ulcer can better reduce inflammation,improve clinical symptoms,and improve patients'quality of life and happiness.
