摘要 目的观察木丹颗粒联合高压氧治疗早期糖尿病足的疗效。方法选择早期2型糖尿病足住院患者64例,采用随机匹配的方法,分为研究组和对照组。对照组给予高压氧治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用木丹颗粒治疗。疗程1个月,比较2组疗效。结果患者足背动脉流速与踝肱指数明显好转,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组超敏C反应蛋白与同型半胱氨酸明显好转,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为84%,对照组总有效率为62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论木丹颗粒联合高压氧治疗早期糖尿病足疗效确切,值得推广。 Objective To determine the curative effect of Mudan granule and hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of early diabetic foot.Methods Sixty-four patients with early type 2 diabetic foot were included in the study and randomly divided into the study group and control group.The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen.In addition,the study group was treated with Mudan granules.The treatment course was 1 month,and the efficacy in the two groups was compared.Results The dorsal foot artery flow rate and ankle brachial index in the patients were improved significantly,and the indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The levels of hypersensitive C reaction protein and homocysteine were improved significantly,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The total treatment responsein the study group and control group was 84%and 62%,respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mudan granule and hyperbaric oxygen is effective in the treatment of early diabetic foot,and therefore is worthwhile of widespread use.
