社会分层是对社会阶层结构的一种具象化描述。就现阶段而言,可以用可观测的、比较客观的且比较简洁的组织资源、经济资源、文化资源等标准来相对界定社会分层结构。与社会分层相对应的是上层控制及权控经济。此时,由于权力与市场的作用边界没有界定清楚,极易产生权力与市场功能错位、权力染指市场、资源配置低效等弊端,从而导致系统性的权控经济陷阱。权控经济陷阱的解除需要非常系统的改革方案设计,并牵涉社会重大利益关系调整,该利益关系调整从长期来看应当有利于中产阶层的崛起C需要有效界定权力与市场的关系:实施产权保护,还民权、事权于民众;遏制权力腐败与打击黑恶势力“保护伞”;积极培育中产阶层等。

Social stratification is a concrete description of social stratum structure.At the present stage,we can use the observable,objective and concise standards of organizational resources,economic resources and cultural resources to define the social stratification structure.Upper control and power control economy are corresponding to social stratification.At this time,because the boundary between power and market is not clearly defined,it is easy to produce the malpractice of power and market function,the influence of power on the market and the inefficient allocation of resources,which leads to the systematic power control economic trap.To remove the trap of power control economy requires a very systematic reform plan design,and involves the adjustment of major social interests,which should be conducive to the rise of the middle class in the long run.It is necessary to effectively define the relationship between power and market,implement property rights protection,return civil rights and power to the people,curb power corruption and crack down on the"umbrella"of evil forces,and actively cultivate the middle class.
