基于协同理论视域下高校教师创新创业能力培养机制探索

Exploration on the Cultivation Mechanism of University Teachers'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability from the Perspective of Synergy Theory

新常态经济背景下,需要出现一些高质量的创新创业项目来带动就业,而高校教师创新创业能力关乎大学生创业潜力的培养和挖掘。针对当前高校教师创新创业能力偏低的困境,基于协同理论视角,提出了高校教师创新创业能力培养的三大机制。他们分别是构建完善的创新创业教师培养体系、建立创新创业教师能力培养保障机制、健全创新创业教师评价机制,这三大机制涉及到教师创新创业的教学能力、科研能力、实践指导能力等方面的培养,有助于教师在创新创业能力方面有个质的提升。借此希望能为高校教师创新创业能力的培养提供些许建议。

Under the background of the new normal economy,some high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship projects are needed to drive employment.The innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college teachers is related to the cultivation and excavation of the entrepreneurial potential of college students.Aiming at the current dilemma of low innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college teachers,based on the perspective of synergy theory,three mechanisms for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college teachers are proposed.They are constructing a complete innovation and entrepreneurship teacher training system,establishing an innovation and entrepreneurship teacher ability training guarantee mechanism,and improving an innovation and entrepreneurship teacher evaluation mechanism.These three mechanisms involve the training of teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship teaching ability,scientific research ability,practical guidance ability,etc.,helping teachers to have a qualitative improvement in innovation and entrepreneurship.I hope to provide some suggestions for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college teachers.
