价值哲学视角下南疆创新人才体系的建构

The Construction of Innovative Talents System in Southern Xinjiang from the Perspective of Value Philosophy

南疆地区作为我国偏远地区之一,其对创新人才的需求关系到教育的发展、社会的发展及国家的长治久安。价值哲学视角下的创新人才体系的建构具有一定的条件性与针对性。新疆南疆地区所具有的独特地理及社会环境,对于创新人才有着独特的需求;因此,基于历史文化客观现实性,南疆高校的创新人才应加强在目标体系、价值体系及实践体系等方面的建设。

As one of the remote areas in China,the demand for innovative talents in Southern Xinjiang is related to the development of education,the development of society and the long-term stability of the country.The construction of innovative talent system from the perspective of value philosophy has certain conditionality and pertinence.The southern Xinjiang region has unique geographical and social environment,which has a unique demand for innovative talents.As colleges and universities in southern Xinjiang directly serve the local economic and social development,there are still some shortcomings in cognition,practice and other aspects,so there are still great problems in the cultivation of innovative talents.Therefore,based on the objective reality of history and culture,innovative talents in colleges and universities in Southern Xinjiang should strengthen the construction of target system,value system and practice system.
