活血降糖饮对气阴两虚证糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃肠道激素的影响

Effects of Huoxue Jiangtang Drink on Gastrointestinal Hormones in Patients with Diabetic Gastroparesis of Qi-Yin Deficiency Pattern

目的:探讨活血降糖饮治疗气阴两虚证糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效及其对患者胃肠道激素的影响。方法:将中医气阴两虚证糖尿病胃轻瘫患者70例随机均分为2组各35例,对照组口服枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用活血降糖饮,治疗8周后比较两组患者治疗前后胃排空率、胃轻瘫症状严重指数(gastroparesis cardinal symptomindex,GCSI)、中医证候积分及血清胃动素(motilin,MTL)、瘦素(leptin,LEP)、生长抑素(somatostain,SS)、胃促生长素(Ghrelin)、肥胖抑制素(Obestatin)。结果:治疗组胃排空率高于对照组,GCSI量表评分及中医证候积分低于对照组,血清ML、LEP、SS、Obestat in低于对照组,Ghrelin高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血降糖饮能改善气阴两虚证糖尿病胃轻瘫患者各项临床症状,下调MTL、LEP、SS、Obestatin水平,上调Ghrelin水平,加速胃排空,效果优于单纯口服枸橼酸莫沙必利。

Objective: To explore clinical effects of Huoxue Jiangtang drink in treating diabetic gastroparesis(DGP) of Qi-Yin deficiency pattern and its impacts on gastrointestinal hormones. Methods: Seventy patients of DGP of Qi-Yin deficiency pattern were randomized into two groups, 35 cases each group, the control group took mosapride citrate orally, and the treatment group Huoxue Jiangtang drink based on Western medicine, to compare gastric emptying rate, GCSI, TCM syndrome integrals, MTL, LEP, SS, Ghrelin and Obestatin of both groups before and after treating when they were treated for eight weeks. Results: Gastric emptying rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, GCSI scale scores and TCM syndrome integrals lower than these of the control group, the levels of MTL, LEP, SS and Obestatin lower than these of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huoxue Jiangtang drink could improve different clinical symptoms of the patients with DGP of Qi-Yin deficiency pattern, down regulate the levels of MTL, LEP, SS and Obestatin, up regulate the levels of Ghrelin, speed up gastric emptying, and its effects superior to these of only oral administration of mosapride citrate.
